These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Connvolve website located at https://connvolve.com (the "Website"), operated by Connvolve ("Connvolve," "we," "us" or "our"). By accessing or using the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

These Terms apply only to your use of the Website. Use of any Connvolve consulting services or other services that are subject to a separate written agreement is governed by the terms of that agreement.

1. Eligibility

You must be of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Website. By using the Website you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

The Website's original content — including text, the Connvolve logo, the selection, coordination and arrangement of materials, and any custom software made available through the Website — is owned by Connvolve and is protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Website for personal or internal business informational purposes only. Submitting a form or reading the Website does not create a client, advisory, fiduciary or professional relationship with Connvolve.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Connvolve's aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Website and these Terms will not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD 100). Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
